04.12.2014. Bucharest. METRO SYSTEMS Romania provides complete IT solutions for METRO GROUP’s sales lines operating in more than 30 European and Asian countries, organized on 4th of December 2014 an OPEN DAY@METRO SYSTEMS, an event dedicated to students from IT universities and colleges.
At the OPEN DAY@METRO SYSTEMS, selected students had the opportunity to follow a traineeship program at METRO SYSTEMS Romania which will last a year.
"In partnership with employer branding agency INSPIRE, 26 students were selected for a traineeship program with two phases: in the first six months, according to their technical knowledge, students will participate in several projects and will train and work in several departments. This is the stage of adaptation. Based on the results of the first phase another stage of development will follow in which, each trainee will be integrated into the department that best fits their technical profile. This is the stage of specialization. The students will work in an international environment alongside IT professionals and will benefit of many development opportunities inside METRO SYSTEMS", said Sidonia Barna, HR manager METRO SYSTEMS Romania.
The traineeship program is paid and requires part time presence. The selected trainees will sign labor contracts with METRO SYSTEMS Romania.
